definitely needs some work with decision making, dm is where it needs to be, will be a good fit for a team.

Was an ass in the past but the fact that he realises his mistakes and wants to fix them is possibly the biggest positive. If he can find a team that will support him in growing game sense and knowledge he has potential to become quite good.

I have known rain forever and if he just works on communicating more and feeding less he'd be a great player. I am sure that he has the ability to, so try him out and let him prove it to you.

In my time playing with Rain, he's presented an enjoyable personality, and willingness to improve with his teammates. With the right guidance he could be really good. G'luck.

Rain is one of the most interesting people I've met in tf2. He's got a fairly awkward personality but is not at all toxic and in general is a fairly nice person. He might come off as having a bit of an ego once in a while but I've never seen it to the point where it becomes obnoxious. Obviously the whole disappearing thing is an issue but that was a few seasons ago so I'm not going to fault him for it also I don't know the whole situation. I think at least for me one of his biggest flaws is realizing his poor habits for instance running into a full team of 6 in even numbers or over extending on the flanks and basically becoming a target for the enemy team.
I've never played on a team with rain I've only played with him outside via pugs as well as playing against him several times in scrims so I can't really judge how hard he tries to improve but these have been issues for as long as I can remember them being issues and he has still yet to have fixed his poor habits. Honestly if he would adjust his playstyle and fix his poor habits then I could see him playing on a low IM team, but until then I think mid-high/bubble playoff open is better suited for him.

From my experience, Rain plays much more intelligently in actual scrims/games. Though he is looked down upon because he plays like a retard in pugs, he would actually be a good pickup for a team. He has some really great dm ability and can really go off when he really needs to. His sniper offclass is top notch as well.

... i dont think he has a decision making problem...pugs are supposed to be used for fun and to get that stuff out of your system until your scrim/match.

Good dm with both scout & sniper, but he's kind of a bot though. I think he'll go really far if he joins a team that can keep him in check and teach him to play smart so he can use his dm more consistantly.

I honestly love hanging out with rain, hes a really chill dude in all interactions, his dm is very solid, but as others have said he needs to work on his gamesense
