What's the expected response time on support tickets? If I didn't receive a payout is it better to submit the report as a general ticket or as a bug report?

Regarding the Ronin vs. Froyo match, maybe the payouts haven't been given out yet because the 111 key unusual hat bet is hard to pay out? (Edit: nvm just saw the post confirming someone else received the payout)

TFTV forums probably isn't the best place to post this, but it's been quite a while and my various tweets and support tickets have failed to get any response so far and I have no idea how to get the Saloon people's attention other than this.
I've still not received any payout whatsoever (although I have received my initial bet back) from the Ronin V Froyo game from the 11th and I have no idea whether it's a bug or some kind of major delay in the system. As I've mentioned, I have nothing against waiting a bit, I would just like to know what's going on.

I received 0 winnings. There's no way I could receive 0 winnings with the odds and bets that occurred unless people with lower bets on the winning side somehow received more than they should have. I suspect the system doesn't split the keys (but the site is owned by Geel and should automate splitting keys into ref via scraptf bots) and kept the items from the losing side.

It's a shame because I want to bet on other matches, but I don't see a reason to bet keys on matches when there's a chance I can lose the keys but not win any.

I rather post it here and put some pressure on the saloon staff (Geel) to at least state why the tardiness.

There are reasons why real sports disavow the public promotion of betting sites.

It's been over 2 weeks since I've submitted my ticket. Still no response on the 13+ keys I'm owed for 20b vs EVL. Does Saloon have like half of a guy covering support tickets, or what?

Even withdrawals seem to be bugged.

I tried to withdraw 10 items, and only got 7 of them. The other 3 are stuck "Pending Withdrawal Confirmation" indefinitely.

Edit: The items will return to your loot eventually, so you can get the items if you keep trying.

I think the problem with the Ronin game is that there were like 70 bets on the Ronin side and just not that many total items on the 20b side. 2 of the bets on 20b were with unusuals which inflated 20b's odds without supplying many items

I'm pretty sure you can't bet knives on csgo lounge for this reason. This would be solved pretty easily if you just limit the max price for items you can bet. I have no items from 3 games so im done.

Okay... it says that 20b won even though froyo got ddosed. Never betting on this site again lost all my keys. Do saloon.tf devs even watch the games or just see "oh it was 4-3 even if the match didnt count 20b won"

Why couldn't they just fucking return the items? That was the most OBVIOUS choice yet they fucked up.

Well if our items are already been given to the 20b betters the best thing we can hope for is being given back our items worth in pure or other items, but i don't think that's going to happen :/

I know there's plans to create a system to turn high value items into low value items, but do you plan to pay out the unpaid bets using it? If you aren't due to logistical issues, would you do it for those that resubmit support tickets for the match in question, showing that they aren't a dead account?

Game was on sunday, yet nameless still aren't marked as victors of the bet.
If this is about that stupid argument that the handicap was unjustified, then i have the following to say:
Nameless have been in a slump lately, lost maps in league games and even lost a bo3 to perilous in the same tournament. On top of that the odds were still stacked in perilous' favour 80:20 so either a lot of people found the handicap alright or didn't read before they bet, which is their own responsibility.

The series was never completed due to wacky circumstances. kkaltu weighed in and said he would refund if the decision were up to him. I tend to agree with him heh.
