for those who are wondering, maelas team was super last minute and was pretty much thrown together the night before registration
blur got the job he was applying for so he quit and the team itself already had pretty big differences internally as far as goals for the season
waef im not sure who you are but if youre honestly implying that maela or any of those guys were "scared" of im you should probably add them and talk about why they were playing this season
or youre welcome to explain to me how it takes balls to keep playing with people you dont really want to play with when you know your team isnt going anywhere, id love to hear it

Is there any way that you could just rebuild the IM roster with parts of your current team and get seasoned in for next season? Or would you find that to be impractical?

Alright first of all random guy dont act like you know what you're talking about and that you're a super badass, I definitely didnt' QUIT IM the team died, and I've played IM for 3 seasons I dont see why it would suddenly be so scary and I'd quit when if you check I'm the only person still on the roster and everyone else left. yes, does have highlander players. I know everyone hates it when people offclass and shit and people think we're always trolling when infact we're taking it seriously and doing pretty well. I thought about using my IM roster but I think that a season of open would be more helpful for us rather than losing a bunch of matches in IM.

Ma3la is playing on this current team because he genuinely has fun with the people. The team isn't ready for IM so he wants to play in open. Sure they run 3 off classes, but they are genuinely trying and I think it's an interesting test of the current meta. Everyone expects it to fail so why not let them try? I really don't see an issue here.

At any rate, I don't know why any team would want to scrim them as they don't offer good practice. Granted they can get scrims without having an actual open roster. But an open roster allows them matches against other open teams. And let me tell you something, open teams are shit at adapting and figuring strats out. Hell, playing against open teams isn't even good practice for ma3la's team if you think about it.

There was a time when EG ran syckness full-time sniper on follower with cyzer and I can't remember who else on scout.
They lost to the formerly-vicious-gaming loaded so that may or may not have been a good decision in retrospect.
