omniEdit the zpos of the invite button. Some elements of the comp lobby are above the invite button if it's not updated correctly. If setting the zpos of the button doesn't work, make the zpos of the partyactivegroupbox higher.
Also sort that coding out at the bottom of your invite button, ech.

Can anyone help me update the menu of pvhud? Crashing on launch with the old menu, no idea what's wrong with it and I'm not really experienced with messing with menus at all.

I have experienced the same, for me it was a bug in the mainmenuoverried.res. If you added a new element in the mainmenuoverride, maybe you can try to move it around a little so that it doesn't interfere with another code. Worked for me, might not be your case though.

the new drop down effect that occurs on the in-game scoreboard annoys me...has anyone figured out a way to disable it or cut it off using "tall" ?

How can I reload my main menu buttons while working on them, hud_reloadscheme doesn't seem to work
Also what files do I need to add/edit to make the individual ready up mode work (right now it just shows 1 person from each team with every person's name and ready status crammed into the 1 box all overlapping each other)
