double that but his language is incredibly rich, as for a non-native English speaker sometimes it's really hard to follow
I'd say pretty much any old-school rap is comprehensible; I recommend A Tribe Called Quest, was really nice when I heard some of their songs for the first time and actually understood almost everything they said

I feel like Kanye is good for something like this. He's always been known for a very simple and easy to understand flow.

Guru from Gang Starr has the most easily accessible rap I know of. Ice cube in his NWA/america's most wanted phase was easy to listen to. And Nas on stillmatic. But most of all Gang Starr

(probably a lot of repeats on here, just going off of my library)
Mick Jenkins
TUT
Aesop Rock
Earl Sweatshirt (and pretty much all of Odd Future)
Kendrick Lamar
Schoolboy Q
J Cole
Mac Miller
Michael Christmas
Logic
Vince Staples
Run the Jewels (Killer mike + EL-P)
KiD CuDi
Chance the Rapper
Taylor Bennett (Chance's brother)
CES Cru
Bas
Injury Reserve
most of Beast Coast/Pro Era (Joey Bada$$, Kirk Knight, Underachievers, Flatbush Zombies, +more)
Lupe Fiasco
Azizi Gibson
Wiz Khalifa
Danny Brown (for the most part)
Futuristic
Action Bronson
I can usually understand these artists pretty well for the most part, but a lot of rappers have their moments when its just impossible to tell what they're saying.
