An emp weapon that when equipped makes all minisentries completely non-functional. To make it balanced it should have infinite range and once equipped should carry its effects across the entire TF2 server universe forever and also make whoever coded said sentry into the game get some kind of skin disease. Then I can enjoy pubbing occasionally again.
Also, something resembling the green/yellow pipe launcher from TFC/TF because using geometry in combat is challenging and a lot of fun. Would go in sticky launcher slot and be balanced for shortish-mid range damage output, while sticky launcher would be tweaked to be slightly more trap/long range oriented for slight differentiation.

I was thinking: demo has an out of the ordinary weapon like the charge n targe. What if the soldier had grenades for his primary instead of a rl? It could be a charge up weapon like the huntsman with curved projectile motion.
Maybe this would bring actual conc jumping to tf2? Might inspire new kinds of gameplay/jumping.

Not a new weapon idea but I would like them to rebalance the Solemn Vow so that it heals instead of doing damage, would apply to enemies as well.
the heavy should have an minigun that fires sandviches to teammates!! :DD

take cozy camper out and make a sniper rifle that removes aimpunch but drains your health while you're scoped in and cannot be healed while scoped in. Maybe also give it +10% damage taken from all sources. Keeps sniper as a pick class but makes it more proactive in its role.

A projectile for the spy with a ~10 second cooldown. On hitting an enemy's back, it swaps the enemy with the spy. You can disable the spy or give the target ubercharge for ~3 seconds if its too gay.
idk if this would actually be a good thing to add to the game because it would be such a departure from med's typical mechanics, but I've always toyed with the idea of making a medic primary that deals splash healing. It would have uber benefits and stuff like the crossbow, but it would have to do less healing per target and potentially have falloff.
I have a bunch of different ideas on how you could potentially balance it, just never bothered to learn to be good at 3d modeling. :3
