So this is bizzare, and incredibly minor. I don't know if it's the TFTV or chrome, but, here's what i'm talking about.
Chrome, 100% zoom level:

Chrome uses directwrite now, same as ie
if you want to disable it:

it goes away when i disable that on chrome. it's not present on edge for some reason, must be an issue with kerning or something in chrome
