Why on the website Taiwan is considered a province of China when it is it's own country?
Taiwan is officially the Republic of China, China is the People's Republic of China. It's not usually considered like that because it'd be way to confusing, but there are technically two different Chinas.

De Jure, there is one widely recognized China, the People's Republic, De Facto, there are two China's, but in fact their is only one true China, the Republic of China.

the US doesn't officially recognize Taiwan as a country because China would go bonkers. But there's a One China Policy where both countries agree that there's one state, but they agree to disagree on who's owning which country.
Most people recognize Taiwan as a country tho, which is cool

i am VERY triggered that kosovo is not on the flags list
There's only one china. However, there are two chinas, and they are currently occupying different lands. However, there is only one china, and it has the right to both lands.
Basically it's a living paradox because mutually exclusive statements are both true.
