SSH Tunnel with putty.exe, someone can setup a server for you to connect to as a proxy. Someone else posted this problem as well.

That's gay and stupid, blocking your games is like saying "spare time? you're here to study full time bitch, I don't even know why we let you have lunch breaks". If it's a bandwith thing they can just lower yours or give you low priority on their routers.

I do have a VPS that I use to run mumble with, it could be of some assistance to you Lights
EDIT: Using my VPS to tunnel and watch episodes of The Daily Show on Hulu at the moment. Will try to figure if I can access steam with it

I don't think I have ever heard of a public university doing shit like that. I guess it may have something to do with how many years ago I was in the dorms maybe.

Lights get on mumble like a half hour before usual scrim time or something and we can try to coordinate with you there so we don't have to do it like this.

Don't give up to ping bro, you just have to think .2 seconds in the future, or try a hitscan class. Powah can help you out
