I'd say the more high level you get, the more op the scout is and the more underwhelming playing demo and soldier feels.

Specially demo after the stickies nerf just became so underwhelming and bland to play, I really wish they would revert that nerf, it was one of the few things holding scouts back at an high level.

^ Given the fact that Valve balances around pubs, it's not surprising they nerfed stickies. Demo is still one of the best at dominating hoards of mediocre players, especially in a setting where scout is gimped by sentry guns, heavies, and not getting heals
