PankeymanMy other problem with trying to let go of the anime hate is that I am exposed to this dogshit every day when I go on steam to look up REAL video games. I hate having to see real video games paired up with this fake trash. Visual novels and RPG maker final fantasy ripoffs are NOT real video games. They all look the goshdarn same and it's because they actually all are more or less. So is there a way to block all the anime games appearing on steam? I would really love to know that because I want to block ALL those Sakura Shit games once and for all. I would rather keep the badass Japanese games like Dark Souls and Metal Gear Rising on the front page than any visual novel crap.

What in the actual frick is up with visual novels? What sense of enjoyment does one procure from staring at an inferior telenovela? I played one once a long time ago and it was about as boring as you would expect. It is a picture book and that goes to show the intellectual capacity of the average anime enjoyer.

Stop being sarcastic kev, its obvious that Geel9 has a great sample size in terms of anime watched. It's really easy to notice that he's given the medium a legitimate shot with his comment as its pin-pointed the #1 re-occurring theme which is "the characters all look like 12 year olds unless they have a milf thing going on" accompanied by "shit stories and shit animation" .

I'd honestly like to thank Geel9 for opening my eyes to the real world of anime, his informed opinion of it has really made me question my decision to enjoy it in the first place.
