Install Stylish, or whatever css extension you prefer, then copy the css from here into Stylish(click on the Stylish icon while you are on this site and then click "write style for www.teamfortress.tv"), paste the css code in the window, then at the left side give it a name then click save

If someone is using this and doesn't see the game filter ( TF.TV, TF2, CS:GO, Dota2 ) under the top right stream list you have to delete a line of code @line 2467 ( display: none; )

Heads up for those that use Stylish.
Turns out it's stealing people's browser history and such.
Firefox and chrome have taken action, but it probably won't be uninstalled automatically
If you uninstall it on chrome (right click on top right icon in browser) it redirects you to its own site to guilt you out of it but you can just close that tab since it'll already be uninstalled anyway

here's an open source alternative https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/stylus/clngdbkpkpeebahjckkjfobafhncgmne

ops style includes tf.tvs entire main.css file, which also includes garbage that shouldn't be included such as fontawesome data and tf.tvs flag data. i made this version which slims things down majorly. also is semi configurable w/ css vars. i am trying to stay to tf.tvs (and ops) original style.

just made this for fun, still a wip

I may be able to convert the CSS file to a [uBlock Origin] filter list, so that I can apply it with a content blocker.
