Bit of a stretch, but you might like any of the Borderlands series games. I've personally enjoyed them

play tf2 with bots

Similar mechanics to tf2 you should try Half Life series or even Portal, also these are not similar but Borderlands or Fallout 3 are great games to play when you don't feel like playing multiplayers

Quake is the most obvious choice

if you mean the NPR cel-shading visuals, Jet Set Radio was the first big release to do that kind of thing

you can also learn hl/quake speedruns, that'll be easier if you have the bandwidth for video tuts though unless you have prior experience with the mechanics

I liked Unreal Tournament 99 and 2004, it's always good to hear bots insult each others (and me) after each frag. The bots aren't too dumb and there's plenty of maps and gamemodes to stay entertained.

Quake duels with handicap 35.

Max stack 70, decays to 35, deal 35% damage. It's a fun challenge. Adjust numbers as needed.

Left 4 Dead 1/2 and I say that coz Ive played the first game offline for like a year or so and that was crazily fun even with only four campaigns

Unreal Tournament/Quake series games, Borderlands series, and absolutely check out S.T.A.L.K.E.R Shadow of Chernobyl. Also the F.E.A.R games are really fun.

Black Mesa, it's a really good HD remake of Half-Life 1

Seeing as you play TF2 you probably don't care about graphics so I'd suggest the original HL1 over Black Mesa. Black Mesa lacks the final levels of the game and has poop tier movement compared to HL1.

Seriously though HL1 is fantastic and has a fairly active modding community so there are loads of custom campaigns to play through and their download sizes are tiny because the game is from 1998. Also see Bunnymod Pro to make bhops work the same way as they did when first released (you can still bhop on the current Steam version but its capped at a certain speed and you lose much more speed when hitting the ground).

That's why its my favourite game ever, not only you have the game itself plus the 2 official expansions but you have a great variety of mods, which you only need to drag a folder and then go to steam and it will appear on library, I could name a lot of them but must play ones are: They Hunger, Azure Sheep, Point of View, Afraid of Monsters: DC...
