Okay, if I had to point out which things you should change next time would be:

-No overused music, I always thought that using a song that has already been used on a video is not bad at all (if it is just from ONE and it's not even a really popular vid) but Overtime has already been used like a million times and in many different games, then the experiment one i would not recommend using a song of a really popular TF2 video (maybe if it was from a different game)

- Better clips, if you include a killstreak it should be atleast 5kills and it has to be quick, no 10 long seconds, and even if it is a 4k it has to be really good, direct shots and no missing, if you use airshots they need to be atleast somewhat high, not 1 or 2 meters away from you.

- You could try using some more editing (some better colours or a thirdperson, this is optional tho) record at higher FPS rate, and as everybody has already said, not using lagged clips

Need better clip selection. First clip is a 30 second clip with 3 kills and not hitting any impressive shots. Feels like you just went to the logs' killstreak section of every game and recorded whatever was on there. 2 minutes of good frags > 8 minutes of mediocrity.
Whenever I gather clips I usually make a text file in notepad describing each thing I record. Makes it easier to decide which clips to select for the final version

Ma3 had bad internet which sucks but just don't use the laggy clips. If you really want to you can make a seperate fragvid dedicated to ma3's laggy clips. It ruins the flow of the video

The music is questionable mainly because of how overused it is. Cash Cash is basically a meme in the TF2 comp community at this point and I'm pretty sure I've heard Kredo - Transistor in multiple fragvids already.
Last song is more experimental. I don't mind it though. Probably the best choice out of the 3

god movies but why songs are to much discoteque if i wana used song in this film i use metallica or some other hard music :D
