tbh thats not the reason. no one uses it because everyone is still on tf2center, and i think 90% of center doesnt even know about it.

the community should pick a date to go populate TF2stadium on. banny tried something similar with mixchamp and that saw a decent growth in popularity.
the thing that turns people off from using these services is the long queue time, and paradoxically this just worsens the problem. if we all agree to play on a certain date, that will drastically improve queue times, and ideally kickstart the website into a playable state.
this may have been suggested already, but it seems like the best option.
