We are trying to guarantee at least pugging all night Saturday night, and if we get more players that are joining the group we will attempt to up the nights we pug as well.

pretty decent pugs, by far better than most inhouse pug groups out there (if there are any)

Mixchamp auto-generate teams. It's most likely you will get to play. If you don't get to play, the system will put you in a team the next pug.

1 extra group means it needs another 12 players online. Also, If we had only 1 or 2 system, It would be much easier to play more regularly, there would be a lot of more games and it would be easier for beginners to start playing pugs. Instead of having to choose between 4 sites and pug steam groups they would have to choose between only 2 populated sites.
It's just my humble opinion, after seeing multiple threads asking "why is tf2stadium empty? Why is nobody playing Faceit beta? Why does mixchamp take a lot of time ti start a pug?" I don't think a pug steam group would help us solve this. Anyways, do as you please :)

If anything I'd say wanting to put an end to pug groups will do more to divide the player base than it will bring it together.. I don't see how a few hrs atleast 1 night a week will divide the player base. Besides, I've found it easier to make friends and learn more about the community in pugs than in places like mixchamp and tf2c Making friends it what brings a community together - not what pug platform they prefer to play on.
