Seagull got nano boosted(which gives you speed+damage boost temporarily) then ulted as bastion turning him into a mobile tank that fires rockets. He then proceeded to rocketjump out into both healers, killed them immediately, and went on to eliminate everyone else.

it should be known that bastion(the hero seagull was playing) is one of the worst in the game but it seems the team is built around him.
