I've heard that people were able to set their deathadders to only one dpi and then uninstalling the synapse or whatever it so.

I'm totally lost on how to do this. Anyone can give me help?

Thanks :D

just set your DA to 1800 DPI, 1k polling and slide the sensitivity bar up to the top. Uninstall all razer software and you should be good to go.

GeknaiirWhy 1800 dpi?

It's the DPI the sensor actually runs at, all the other ones are interpolated.

Depends on what deathadder version you are getting.

For deathadder 1800dpi, 3500dpi mouse you are recommended to use legacy drivers. Should you use synapse 2, you will experience inferior mouse tracking. Several owners has complained for years that sometime the mouse isnt accurate. Also another known bug with deathadder older generation is that the dpi seems to be changing at random times.

For deathadder 2013(owner myself), you may use synapse2 as it works well with it(aswell without synapse) together. Since 2013 has onboard memory you can also simply install synapse2, configurate your mouse to your own liking such as custom dpi, macros, lightning and it will save those settings on your mouse. You can then just uninstall synapse2 and your mouse will work as plug in and play on any computers with your customized settings like the dpi etc.

is there a way to do this? i hate using the synapse software it is so buggy for me. i would love to set the deathadder at one dpi and never have to use the software again.

I wish my lefty deathadder had on board memory, that would be so nice for LANs when you aren't using your own PC. If there a 2013 lefty DA coming out? I'm all over that if it comes out.

I wish my DeathAdder hadn't broke. I really wanted to like Razer.

Oh well, I'm happy with my G400.

If I want to have just 700 DPI, how would I set that and then delete the synapse properly?
