I didn't watch the whole thing, but I wouldn't consider the clip at 3:01 (or the one following) to be overedits. In my opinion an overedit is when a video has so much editing that the emphasis is no longer on the frags, but instead on (usually bad) effects, transition, etc., that were thrown into it. I think some clips such as the one you posted were made with the intention of being artistic and the frags are just used as a way to express this.

It's "artsy" if they try to tell a story (ie it's some hyped moment or really clutch that was an important factor in the game). Over-editing for this is based on the premise that frags come first, and all the fast-forwarding or explosion filters and what not is just trying to squeeze out more "value" from frags than exists or rush through too fast to appreciate the frags/situations.

Reminds me of something Roland Barthes seemed to jab at. Sport versus spectacle but taken a different way. Like pro wrestling versus street fighting. One's real and one's not, and everyone has their preferred point on the spectrum. Which is why I like TLR's config video:

But yeah, if you want overedited take a gander at NaF or Cla for all your eyeball-searing needs. My alarm for "over-edited" goes off when the video does not care to show you how the frag was made, but how cool it is that there was a frag. Like when Scout frags are sped up in between slow-motion shots of ragdolls taking nine pellets to the gut. There's no concern for the Scout's impressive movement or aim, but just the fact that oh golly lookit that ragdoll.
