First of all. Apologies on the previous thread http://www.teamfortress.tv/37272/diamond-lft-low-im-med-next-season#19 . Not only did it get derailed, but I acted out of emotion in a bad way after getting cut and all this shit about wanting to spite my former med.
I'm back with a more reasonable approach
Looking for a high open team as Scout. Willing to commit 40+hrs/week for scrims practice etc. I'd like to IGL/Maincall but it I'm also fine if someone else does it. I've played med before in competetive and numerous other classes. Looking for friendly and committed dudes/dudettes to play with. I also got a mentor ready to go once the preseason starts
I have 2 seasons of esea:
(9-5) S23 - Yung Americans // Scout // Maincaller - got cut
(7-9)S22 - TacoHut eSports // Scout
...

i think he approaches this game with the wrong attitude in the sense that he cares way too much about cheesy strats that dont really work or caring about stats too much. other than that via match against squad fam, his dm is semi decent and he could do well on a mid-bubble open team.
i think the biggest thing he needs to work on is cluttering comms with useless information. he definitely shouldnt main call, but its good that he is talkative, unlike most scouts in open. he really just needs to work on honing his comms in. i think he would benefit from a mentor a lot, and if he puts in the time like he says he will, he'll turn out fine.
