since their management has shifted from sal to you, you probably have to re-request they be added in the requests section of the forum
or just ask mana or slin, i'm sure they'll recognize that you've hosted servers for tf.tv before and would be happy to re-add the servers

a few things i feel are worth mentioning as a guy who runs a dm server
the map list: as far as i know sal was using a broken version of sourcemod and he couldnt find a way to use non-5cp maps in the rotation
im sure youre already looking into stuff like this but you should really consider adding the most recent version of product, and possibly readding turbine and gpit.
it would also be great to update sunshine and metalworks to their valve official versions instead of using the really outdated and frame-killing custom versions.
also this is my personal opinion but i feel like i gotta say; badlands and gullywash are not good dm maps and you should remove them. i get that theyre competitive staples but the spawns and layout of these maps do not make for a good dm experience.
the white list: this is probably a point of contention but imo it would be nice if you could keep it pretty limited in terms of what you allow. this is what i use http://whitelist.tf/6003
people should come to practice aiming, not using random weapon mechanics to cheese people
server settings: fixed spawns are bad use random ones
we turned damage based hp gain on recently and ive gotten mixed opinions on it. personally i like it more but there are some downsides.
as far as stopping the cheating guy, the route we went was using a plugin that completely blocked f2p accounts from joining. it seemed to work as ive never actually seen him in my server, the only downside being possibly blocking legitimate players using alts
i would really enjoy if you could restore the tftv servers to their former glory and i could stop wasting my money, thanks for taking this up

Maps: I was planning on updating the maps to make sure that they're the proper competitive versions. I'll look into adding turbine and gravel pit, but I do remember being asked to remove them before. I could do without turbine or granary, to be honest. Gravelpit and Viaduct are good though. I've never had a problem with badlands either.

The last one I'm still kinda iffy on, but to keep it in line with ESEA map rotation, I felt it made the most sense.

Not about the dm servers necessarily, but I don't want to make a new thread
Can the firepowered mge servers be added back onto the listing? I know that they were removed due to complaints but they're the only mge servers that are consistently populated and people who check tf.tv for mge servers might not know about them

For the most part I agree with pelt about the whitelist. DM servers are for practice not for cheese but please please please allow the loch and load. It is is legal in all leagues now and is a legitimate choice unlike the direct hit.
I love what you've done with the maps I probably wouldn't change it. I personally hate dm'ing on badlands but it's a league map so it's probably best to leave it in.

I looked at the whitelists, and they seem right about how they were when I left them for the regular servers. If this is not the case, I'll look into it again.

Update on this, it is possible to remove the healthpacks, as well as ammopacks on the maps with a small change to SOAP TF2DM.
In fact, this has just been merged into the latest master version of SOAP TF2DM.
However, I don't want to be removing health packs and ammo packs without any discussion on it. I'd be looking into adding additional ways of regenerating ammo and health within SOAP.

It's a preventative measure to avoid having cheaters show up with new accounts.

I think it might be to remove the ego out of dm, its supposed to be just simple dm practice, not who is the highest on the scoreboard.
