Put about 600 hours into Mount and Blade Warband and Skyrim.
Edit: Completely forgot about Star Wars Battlefront 2. I put over a thousand hours into the PC multiplayer. Until gamespy killed it anyway.

on steam my most played besides TF2 is Skyrim, since I was looking to do anything that wasnt school while in high school. realistically it's probably the Battlefront games though.
shoutout to HL2, which I've beaten more times than any sane person ever should. actively played the vast majority of 176 hours of it without ever learning new and interesting ways to beat it...

Wow, just found out Xfire shut down. I had 300+ hours in GTA: San Andreas and 200+ hours in GTA: Vice City tracked on my old account, and I last used it when I was 12. (Not going on a killing spree any time soon, Mr. Thompson!)
I replayed San Andreas a couple of times since then, too. That' makes it close to 400 hours spent. Such a great game.
The Binding of Isaac "Classic" is probably going to overtake San Andreas in playtime soon for me (330 hours at the moment), but I spent a good 80 hours only hunting down the item Fate for Platinum God, which is way longer than it should have taken me. I'm currently struggling in hard mode (which sucks by the way) so that's not gonna end there.
I probably played OSRS more than any of the above, but I didn't have membership when I was a kid, which is the bulk of my playtime. So that doesn't count.

All the Rock Band/Guitar Hero/Rocksmith games, Wizard101, and pretty much every 1st party N64 game

h1z1: the only game to be in pre-release alpha for over a year despite a complete engine overhaul, new in-game ui, and new map

Almost 400 hours put in to borderlands 2, that game is amazing. I got addicted to fallout 4 recently so a lot of time into that as well.
played a lot of cs (all of the games), cod, garrys mod, i think i might have put around 500-600 hours before tf2 was f2p
wow, killing floor, super street fighter 4, blazblue and lately ff14
Borderlands 2. Months without internet years ago and an undying love for the game gave me a shit ton of hours. Besides that, CoD4.
