rainhud 2.0 + vtf xhair requests

one ref or craft hat for any 64x64 vtf crosshair you can think of which I will make in gimp

I updated rainhud so it should look more polished

need to fix payload timer and move chat so it can never intersect hp number
also need to make individual ready system fit style after hypnotize fixed it

change log off top of my head:
-more aesthetic killfeed
-think I fixed winpanel
-dropdown menu now uses an aqua border to fit aqua purple color scheme
-removed training from dropdown because its already on main menu
-main menu easter egg looks better now
-made all tan color text white
-FIXED ITEM QUALITY BORDERS
-lowered target ids get that shit away from my xhair
-made scoreboard player names longer

You can make VTFs any colors you want. You just need to set the crosshair color to white in-game to have the colors exactly like the VTF has them
