- added site-wide timezone settings -- you can now set your region and corresponding timezone through your account settings. The country you set on this page has no bearing on the flag you choose to use on the forums.
- added theme support -- there's currently only a grayer version of the current layout, but hey, it's a start (again, accessible through your account settings).
