If you want to limit it to invite for admin/prestige reasons that's fine but if skill is the concern there are like 6 IM teams that are as good/better than the bottom 2 invite teams right now.

Having to filter out top IM and bottom IM teams is kinda dumb, and it'd have to be highlights of bottom IM teams beating top IM teams for it to matter (unless we wanna see the highlight clip of sandbaggers of IM or something). Competing in the highest level of competition matters, since they those top 6 teams aren't playing against bp or mixup etc.

i think keeping it just to invite should be good, but someone needs to step up and edit those clips
a monthly top 10 should be fine as long as both players and editors are equally committed (in the case of option 1)

Do Invite/Prem-only for now, and if it turns out there aren't enough clips, include IM/Div1.

clckwrkUnless you give incentives to the invite players to submit clips, like a few keys or a hat for the top play, it'd have to be #2. Invite players have the best clips but also tend to participate in these sorts of things the least.
LOL, I'll provide donations for the winner if you care about getting a craft hat ($0.40) or a couple dollars. Doesn't bother me.
