acvc is pretty funny

It's more consistent than either of his previous mashup albums, but I think I would still put Mouth Silence above it. Piss, Wndrwll, Numbers, The Best, Crocodile Chop, there's just way too much great stuff on there.

If I saw this album 5 days ago I would still enjoy it but it would mean something different.

Anyone who likes this and hasn't listened to girl talk yet is doing themselves a disservice

Never knew the Brodyquest guy also did mashups, and actually good ones at that. Technically good at least; I'm not sure if I like the comedic aspect sometimes (oh look, it's an "All Star" sample... and another one...). Still enjoyed it overall. I hope people here are familiar with The Grey Album. This video is a piece of art.

Once my cubicle neighbor in the army discovered All Day and put it practically on repeat on their speakers. I fucking hated it, especially the intro Black Sabbath mashup. Never again.

I listened to it in it's entirety a little bit earlier. Not a huge fan, but that's probably because I'm not a big fan of mashups in general. Some of the stuff he did was really cool/funny like acvc, but there's nothing on it that I think I would really want to listen to more than once. I get what he's doing, just not my cup of tea.

important point to note is that mouth sounds (which has way more all star samples than the other albums) was made before it became a meme (and i think mouth silence was too)
