so i never got the term of the word 'doublemix'. i know it has to do something along the lines of grouping up and playing 6s or hl (not sure about that), but i never fully understood the term of doublemixes. so, can you help a fellow noob on word meaning?

so i never got the term of the word 'doublemix'. i know it has to do something along the lines of grouping up and playing 6s or hl (not sure about that), but i never fully understood the term of doublemixes. so, can you help a fellow noob on word meaning?
Mix = you get 6 random friends, you form a 6s team and you play against someone else for a map or two
Doublemix = you get 12 people on a server, someone yells last to spec, everyone goes to spectate. Last 2 people are forced to play medic. They have an ubersaw battle on mid, winner gets to pick first, and they start taking turns picking teammates from the other 10 people in spectate, and you play a single map like that. Next map, you repeat the process except the people that played medic last time are immune

in pugchamp you dont decide whos coming and you dont know everyone and everyone has access to that

The difference between a doublemix and an inhouse pug is that u dont get people going 5 offclasses to mid in inhouse pugs.

We do that here too aswell but for some reason it's always scout vs scout melee battle, been like that for like 7 years afaik
