Hey!
Even though asian tf2 players are really passionate about competitive.
but, there is a problem, the pug system there is old,and you know stuff.
there is also a problem where new players always get medic and you know what happens next.
TLDR; asians doesnt really have that much freedom on training their skillz

You are literally talking nonsense. Our pug system may not be sophisticated using PugChamp and whatnot, the in house PUG system is literally all we got. Shana, AF PUGs, are our best options as far as our concern. "New players" getting medic is their own fault. If they read the rules, they would know how the rolling system works. You can't blame the regulars for literally complaining about the new players being Medic. Yes, give them some slack, but if they know the rules they wouldn't be in that situation. Also don't have much freedom on training their skills? What? We have numerous MGE servers, and you can train in PUGs also. Maybe that's not enough for you, I don't know. As long as you know what to do, the in house PUG system isn't really a bad thing, you are just not that knowledgeable.

1. nothing wrong with the old pug system
2. new players do not always get medic, just dont be the last two to roll.
to solve this problem: bind a key to spec bind or just look out for the last player when there are 11
complaining here will solve nothing

If it's something you guys actually care about I think I remember tsc saying pugchamp was open source so if you want to make your own version of the website for Asia it probably wouldn't be too much of an issue.

Try GOVT pugs! It's based in Bangalore, India.
We allow anyone from professionals to players little over 300 hrs in the game to try competitive TF2. Plus we offer a new method of picking teams!
We tried to bring the idea of the established 'PugChamp' to bring in captaincy system. The captain gets access to an ingame plugin which lists all the players that have 'rolled' and players get picked in '1-2-2-1' system, to bring in some sort of balance in the game. Captain can then designate players to their respective classes.
This is heavily inspired by PugChamp but consider this, they do all of this with a single plugin, no website

I've played shana pugs back when i lived in asia and it's really a shitfest. They have a shit system where once there are 12 players, everyone joins spectator and the last two to join are forced to play medic. Then they take turns picking players, and once the players are picked, the players are left to argue about what classes they get to play. Usually in the class picking process the div1 players always get their pick (because they're well known and everyone knows them and shit) whereas the newbies have to play whatever class is left, and if they aren't happy with their class they either have to stick with it, get kicked, or leave on their own. During the game, if the player performs badly, a better player would usually say "alright man get off scout switch with me" and if they are unwilling to change they'll either flame them for the rest of the pug or kick them. I've experienced first hand hearing toxic teenage div3 players (who aren't that much better than the newbies) yelling "omg medic waht u dooinnnnn" "kick this guy pls" "why u so baaad" "MEDIC ARROW MEEE" "OMG WHY U DROP MEEEEE MEDIC PLSSS" in mumble at newer players, and a lot of the times when one team is rolling the other 3:0 players on the losing end would just leave and then spectators would join and offclass and shit, then at the very end everyone just leaves before the pug even ends. The worst part is that the moderators are almost always there, but they almost never do anything about these problems. Sometimes when the offclassing and shit starts, an admin would join and troll too. It was a nightmare lol.

how much do we need to spoonfeed
there are so many resources made with the sole purpose of aiding the newbies but they DON'T READ
there's a reason why most div 1s won't touch shana with a 10 foot pole

ya why don't we spend 10 minutes after picking the 12 players to discuss what classes we should play because "hey i'm sry im not good at medic can i switch" "hey can i play scout please i can't rocket jump" "must i play demo i can't rollout"

It's really more about the players than the system imo, some players (so called better players with skills) in pugs these days are being way too serious. I mean it's not a bad thing that you want to try hard and win, but when they start to rage and yell at their teammates for not winning or just made a minor mistake, it's just not enjoyable to play anymore. These 'super tryhards' overrage in pugs ruin everybody's pug experiences. Besides all that, I believe Asia are still open heartedly towards new comers

a good guy made this - https://pubs.tf/toaster/index.php, it's like serveme where you can reserve server(singapore, indian) for free. you can use it :)
and also yeah, faceit is very good start for tf2 but you know, it doesn't even have a option for asia region, i mean we can use these services, no pugchamp for asia, never ever a aisan lobby in tf2c or tf2s. so yeah... there are not much option. not complaining, just telling what it is
