Muteim sorry, my team can back me up on this. rice doesn't practice, he doesn't take critiscism from mechacop or mikemat, We've asked him to demo review 3 times and hes never done it because he simply doesn't have the time. We talked to him on multiple occasions and in the end it was the team decision, NOT MINE, to cut him. Sorry if you think im a snake or whatever.
edit: posting on the open thread is also super immature and honestly should say enough about how it is when we try to work with rice.

Sliceroguei didnt cut random cookie wtf? paged and saga left his team. it was dying. I said i know some players who are lft, make me leader and i will get the players so the team doesn't die. Moist master barely scrims, and his leadership qualities are not that great. he doesn't schedule well. so thats why i asked for leader. all the players who were on that roster before i joined are still playing.
team currently is
random cookie on scout
moist master on roamer
prog rug on demo.
we have a few tryouts of people who are team less, some who have been team less since preseason.

the less you’re pressured to play tf2 the easier it is to sit back and enjoy playing the game, which makes playing to improve easier

Scrimming still feels like a chore on a list of things to do when I come home from work. I still enjoy playing, but I can't put myself in the mindset to improve or put time into practicing.

absolutely. this is the first season in a while i really am not enjoying highlander and as a result i've played much worse there than in past seasons, although this is the first week or so i haven't played exclusively pubg so rust could be a factor. in general i think people just play better when they're having fun and not having the feeling of "i have to play tf2"
