Any recommendations for a desk? I am moving and I would like to get a new desk. Preferably L shaped.

I really like my Ikea bekant, and they have an L shaped option. It's a sit-stand model, which obviously isn't for everyone, but I like the thinness of the desk itself because I sit close and wrest my arms on it.

I tend to favor folding tables just because they're easier to move and clean. The key is the height; it's better that the table be too low and you have to use shims to raise it than for the table to be too high - because in that scenario you're basically screwed unless you want to buy a new chair or invest in mats of varying height to try to raise yourself up. I would recommend going into furniture stores and trying them out (bring a tape measure) or if you have relatives that want to offload a table do the same. I can't emphasize enough how quickly a table that's too high will screw up your back and arms lol.
