Clorg: You have great damage potential and your aim is consistent enough for your skill level. I think you excel in being able to follow up on your teammates' damage (like any good scout should), but once you get a nice frag or two you tend to throw away your life. Take the small victories you get and don't try and make risky plays so often. It's much more useful to have a scout that can consistently hold his own/cleanup frags for his team than one who will die 5 times in a row then get a nice killstreak. Whenever you pick up some frags, ask yourself if it's a good choice to keep chasing or if it'd be better if you just focused on the objective/played passively.

I think you really just need more league experience/playtime to continue to improve. Sash: Really solid invite medic with a great attitude and common sense. A few seasons ago I would've said your problem is league experience but I think you're experienced enough now. Other than your inability to really get on a good team (never understood this), you struggle in being able to react quick enough to what your teammates do. I think you're really good at being able to position yourself properly and uber at the right times, but a strong medic should be aware of what's going on for his whole team, not just what he can see. Listen to your teammates' comms and react upon it (if your scouts are doing work and they call it, don't be afraid to lead your combo in to support them/bail them out).

Mesr: Sorry for the wait. I honestly haven't seen that much of your scout play since back in the day, so I'll just talk about your medic. You really remind me of harbleu when you play medic because your positioning is pretty impeccable and you're good at hightailing it when your team is bound to die anyway. Also, fuck you and your crossbow. I think you possess good mechanics but you have trouble being able to lead your team with the knowledge presented to you. It's not often that you would try and make a play with boomer when you saw a good opportunity. Don't be afraid to put your mind to use, as you understand the flow of the game pretty well.

Stultus: Not too much to say about you. You've always been pretty good but it doesn't seem like you ever really tried to take the game really seriously. I think you're a lot better than some of the other medics in the lower half of invite right now (blackymonster, thrill, etc). Only thing I've noticed that you can improve is trying to diversify your ubers ( scout/demo ubers) rather than soldier ubers all the time. If you know you have a big uber advantage, scouts/demo can destroy un-ubered players.

You tend to get on tilt really hard if you don't start off strong, which can put your team at a huge deficit. When you're on tilt, you tend to suicide for frags or plays when you know it's far fetched and idiotic. When you're on your game, you play well. If you can focus on playing consistently and intelligently, you'll be a top scout in no time.
p.s. when you shut down, you stop talking. don't forget to always talk, this will even help you not-shut down.

Compared to the other invite roamers (blaze, harbleu) you throw away your life way too often for 1v1 trades rather than distractions/key picks/damage for your scouts to clean up on. I think you'd be a lot more successful if you listened to your scouts/demo a bit more and try and play off of their damage/try and make their lives easier. Most invite teams these days have pretty solid scouts, so if you just give them room to work, they'll do the rest.
