You mentioned the -nod3d9ex command, make sure you have it spelled correctly. Many people screw up the command, not sure if you still need it though. Worth a shot.

are you genuinely concerned what the community thinks about chat binds.....?
Well done, buick. Well done.
it's client side, it doesn't change the real frag count
bind "key" "voicemenu x x"
bind "mouse2" "+attack2;say_team i ubered"
snakewater mid is all about positioning. if you are able to push up on mid as demo without being contested, it's generally pretty easy to win the midfight because they're probably stuck in the chokes and you can damage all of them. you basically want to try to just aim every sticky individually and try and hit important targets - scouts, demo, soldiers even (if you see them out of position) to let your team clean up for you. if the enemy team gives you room to push up, don't be afraid to do so (provided you have scout protection or your med is healing you).
don't try and just spam an area with sticks and hope that you deal damage, look for targets and try and predict what they're doing. a few good stickies on their scouts/soldiers can easily turn a midfight in your favor
