caidhcan i get a rating too

Caidh: You seem like an underrated player. Whenever I watch you play, it seems like you're making good judgement calls and you know how to effectively deal damage. I didn't see you play very much this last season, but if you were to come back and play again I think in time you should be doing well in IM playoffs this season.

catastropheplease respond

Hasn't it been like years since you've played? I remember who you are but I'm not sure I've seen you in ESEA lately? Do you use an alias now or something?

starry-rate me please

Starry: I think you focus a bit too much on dm rather than teamwork and communication. You've reached a point where you don't really need to worry about missing easy shots or handling yourself in 1v1 scenarios, but you can benefit your team a lot more by calling what you are going to do and how your teammates can help you. If you see a great opportunity and you're going to bomb in, hit your fucking push to talk key and say something so you're not relying on your DM to win unfavorable scenarios. The problem most lower level players face is that they think everything is luck based and you have to take your chances. This may be true for many scenarios, but playing with your team and focus firing help you eliminate these luck-based scenarios by allowing your team to kill things faster. Also, find a team and stick with it. You need more league experience for your DM to really take effect...

CHE_hey there, rate me

Che: You haven't really been on a team long enough to see real improvement. Your mechanics are IM level but you don't play enough to really have good teamwork/understanding of the game. The thing that will always set you apart from other medics while you don't play are strong ubers and positioning. When you play with a team a lot, you start to get the hang of your teammates' playstyles and it allows you to save your ubers because you'll be able to predict what your teammates will do ahead of time. In a pug, you don't know if your pocket is just going to RJ into their whole team and need the uber, whereas if your pocket is a slow pusher that tries to play it safe, you don't need to waste it. For positioning, you need to also be familiar with your teammates so you don't get stuck out/die easily.

RickHRG rick, I've only recently started to play scout you can rate me on demo, whatever

Rick: On demo, I felt like you had pretty decent mechanics but lacked gamesense. You would be able to handle yourself in 1v1 situations quite easily, but you weren't really able to "carry" your team like most demos do. You really can't get away with just being "okay" in invite because being outclassed on demo by someone like b4nny will give the opposite team a huge advantage. I guess you're playing scout now but you need to try and focus more on creating plays for your scouts and not over-extending to try and make plays.

rangarate me please

Ranga: Similar to meb, I think you're a strong up and coming player. Your sticky/pipe placement is really smart and you're able to figure out the correct positions to deal damage. In order to really set yourself apart from other players is to just communicate more. You're really, really quiet, and it holds you back pretty hard. People think b4nny or platinum are just really good mechanical players, but they ALWAYS call their damage. If you ever get to hear b4nny in a scrim or match, any time he lands a sticky, he says where they are and how much damage he did. It's crucial to make these calls because it allows your scouts to know who to kill and it will effectively help you win rounds. Get in the habit of calling ALL of your damage, and you'll be a top level IM demo.

The idea is to bring people to the site! If you want one of your friends to get rated, tell them to make an account!

enorytDo me, but be nice! What do I need to do to reach the top!

Tyrone: I think you're a very smart player, but it becomes irrelevant when most of your team now has enough experience such that they don't need you to hand-hold them through new situations like you used to. Your lack of dm-skill really brings you down, and all of the smarts/positioning/communication that you bring to the table goes out the window when you miss the most basic shots.

To reach the top, you have to be able to compete with the other pockets. What happens when you face the superteam at lan, and clockwork and b4nny aren't able to carry as hard? Realistically, the scout skill is basically even, the demo skill is basically even (b4nny is more experienced but they're both really good), but the soldier skill is far from even. Buy a new mouse, dm for 8 hours a day, do something.
9.3/10 (people will probably give me flak for rating you higher than lange but I think your lan experience is pretty important and you tend to play the same on lan as you do online).

mebrate me please

meb: I think you're a very underrated player. You aim very well for not playing TF2 for that long and you seem pretty fps-savy. I think you grasp concepts of the game much faster than other players around your skill level and you'll likely outgrow your teammates pretty fast until you hit the top of im/lower invite. I think that, with one more season in IM, you should be on an invite team. The only thing that holds you back is that your aim can be slightly inconsistent (more mge/dm practice will remedy this), and it's important to realize that learning how to communicate will be a very useful skill to have when you do reach invite, in which case you won't really be outshining other scouts in dm/smarts and you'll have to be able to work with your team.
8.0/10 (with more league experience I think you will outgrow this rating though)

FanofAngelsI'll have a rating I guess.

FanofAngels: You have a good grasp of the flow of the game, but your dm/positioning skill limits your abilities. If you try and take your time with your shots a bit more (or just dm/mge until you're able to aim consistently) you'll find yourself drastically increasing your damage output. The only other suggestion is to try and not get ahead of yourself and die out of position. Good teams will take advantage of that 1 player pick and it makes it that much harder for your team to defend if you randomly give them a free pick.

SakuraDON'T SKIP ME unless you don't know me

Sakura: You seem to have great mechanics for a medic. I rarely see you drop an uber and your movement is mature for your skill level. I think your team kind of holds you back a little bit in skill, but that's not to say you don't have any faults. I think you can really improve your pushes a lot more by doing more demo/scout ubers when you KNOW you have advantage, because soldiers aren't nearly as effective in a raw damage dealing situation when you're invulnerable. You should also try and lead your team when you know you're at an advantage/disadvantage. If you're staring at your team's hp and you see they're all very low and you know the other team hasn't been taking much, communicate to your team that it's a bad situation and they should get out or play defensive. If you know your team is fine and the opposing team is in a shitty spot, tell your team to be aggressive because you're much safer when their team is low hp (they have to play defensive).

Your brain is working, just make sure you act upon your thoughts.

Langetell me why im not as good as decimate (hint: its cuz hes prettier than me)

Lange: You're a well rounded player. Your aim is pretty consistent (for some reason you always hit the most fucking ridiculous airshots but you miss easy ground shots, can someone explain this?), you're a very intelligent guy, and your communication skills are pretty top notch. With all of this in mind, people might ask, what separates lange from the other top pockets?

The answer is relatively simple:
- you tend to get on tilt if things start to snowball out of control.
it's really easy to think you have no influence in a game if you're losing, but don't lose hope so much! it's up to you sometimes to make plays for your team and bring them back, you can't lose motivation if you're down 0-4. Play for every single round lange, not for the match.

- you seem a little bit scared to really show your skill.
like I said above, you're a really intelligent guy. i think you have a lot of good ideas on how you can make great plays, but you seem a little scared to put those ideas to use. don't be afraid to punish players for overextending and making hero plays.

blazescout and solly plz (:

dummy is really shy but he wants one too

Blaze: It's really easy to fanboy onto your playstyle without much thought, but most people will be surprised that you're actually a lot smarter than you let on. You make good use of your unlocks and you clearly understand the limitations and strengths of your class (soldier). Although your dm'ing ability is strong, many players forget that what really makes a roamer strong is positioning, timing, and creativity. I think you possess these qualities and I'm excited to see how you will perform this coming season.
