pyro is unplayable for me the flame effects cover half of my screen like airblasting is impossible unless its predictive

the fact that valve keeps finding ways to buff scout/med making roamer so incredibly frustrating sometimes
like I get people dont like to play med and scout isnt that good in pubs but did they really have to
- give scout a faster firing pistol that gives him 7 fucking hp per hit
- make meds run faster with scouts so its mega easy to escape with a scout esp vs soldiers
- make the crossbow build fucking uber crazy fast before pyro jungle update

imagine if valve didn't remove that dumb crossbow building shit, i'd already have switched to maining scout
and despite this every fucking scout I play with at a lower level cant fucking play heals at all
people make fun of me for taking 35% heals when I play pocket but honestly I don't need those heals, ive played
scrims where their pocket scout takes more heals than both of my scouts combined
and then scouts still think that they can just hold W and 1v1 everything with no buff because it's their "style" or some dumb shit
beamscout is literally the easiest thing to play in the game, at least 1 beamscout on every open team would probably improve their games,
its really easy to put pressure as a coordinated team when their scouts are always feeding instead of denying bombs or capping
its even more infuriating when a scout bots into 4 people, dies, and types "wtf?" or "lucky retard" in chat like WHAT DID YOU EXPECT RUNNING INTO 4 PEOPLE ALL BUFFED???

I also hate playing against someone that im not friends with in mge. why do people just spam before you've even acknowledged their location, how does shooting someone that cant see you help you in a real game?
Even worse is demos camping chokes in DM with stickies everywhere like you dont even need arms for this

what tilts me the most though is people assuming they know shit about the game and trying to call me bad at every turn during a scrim
I call to push in with uber, it somehow ends up being a solo because people are too busy farming dpm by spamming their combo from lobby with 24 dmg proj. to listen
I miss one rocket, as a consequence nothing dies in the uber
as soon as that's over people are like "uhhhh honestly our roamer should play pocket he would be so much better lets cut gatsan then this team would pound"
I don't understand how you could say this when two people want to play sniper for no reason, BOTH go sniper, and stay on sniper for several minutes without switching even though I repeatedly tell them "YOU CANT HAVE TWO SNIPERS SWITCH OFF NOW"

This game is 10 years old, and it still needs a supercomputer just to get 20 fps

some things in this game are actually fun like playing sticky jumper pipe only demo on viaduct

except the map vote can finish before you even join the server and before you know it you've been matched into a server running a map you didn't search for, so you have to choose between waiting for another queue or enduring koth_suijin or cp_standin
casual ironically really ruined the casual part of TF2, you can't choose to hang around in the same valve server with the same people on the same map for like an hour+ anymore, unless you want to play with a bunch of furries in a third party hightower server who complain and vote you out of the server for killing people

Keep in mind robin was also an ignorant retard who wanted to use TF2 as a playground to see what is profitable. He pushed for the f2p microtransaction model, too (not that bad but still). Just my 2 cents on those saying that this is all cause no robin. The design direction has changed minimally and if anything for the better (half listening to comp players) w/out him.

The fact that this community has been trying to make tf2 a competitive game for over 10 years, waiting for something big to come along and bring this scene to the next level, only for valve to add insult to injury by adding in a "comp matchmaking" system which is essentially a no-crit 6v6 pub and having the balls to charge some people money to play it, even while the Mann Co store has raked in millions of dollars in profits and the game still comfortably pulls in 50k+ players a day, when adding in a tournament crate/key/skin and using proceeds to fund a lan and prize pool would almost certainly eliminate money as an inhibiting factor, with valve's indecision of how the competitive format should be structured and lack of support and communication with the community being a direct cause of the current declining state of competition and loss of several important players and community members to other games, along with the shrinking size and slow response time of the development team, guaranteeing that this game's competitive scene will never make it big by any means, is the one thing I really hate.

• the death of the traditional vanilla gamemodes / few to no plugins community pub, with few exceptions

• that I can learn everything about this game except how to click on things and for most people this means my opinions on the game are worthless
  
• that valve has put out several major updates for pyro but they get it wrong every time causing everyone to hate the class even more
