why is it an all or nothing campaign? Wouldn't it make more sense to allow it to be flexible funding in case the $20000 goal isn't met so you could still buy supplies and gear for the venue?

eXtine, in order for this to succeed you really need to advertise this on gaming sites for lots of different games. Because it is a kickstarter for a specific localized product, atm the main people donating will be those in the area. But unfortunately, there might not be $20,000 worth of money for this in that demographic. Because of that, this has to be marketed a positive event for gaming in the kickstarter, not just a gaming cafe. I want this to succeed, but with the current approach I'm not sure $20,000 is a feasible goal, and that's why you might have to get creative with your advertising.

Thanks daybraek for the feedback (and catman). We definitely are planning to do some cross-market outreach. We wanna def get things rollin via this kickstarter effort, hitting $20k proves to others this is an idea with some energy behind it. Though yeah, there's some other platforms out there that might be nice to use.

Also keep hittin me up with menu ideas guys. Steak salad on there fsho sho so don't worry about that.

We added some new rewards to the campaign that don't involve membership or Portland based rewards. The Burnsiders hat looks dope af, I can't wait to get those printed.

We're going to have some events locally, that if anyone is interested in I'd love to see you at. We're planning a meetup January 3rd, a Wednesday, at Game Knight Lounge, a board game spot. We'll be there for a few hours then slide over to this FGC event. I don't have a date nailed down yet, but we also want to have a FIFA and FGC night at 24th and Meatballs on a Sunday, staying open real late.
