not the first time he's gone off on twitter like this but maybe someone here knows him irl or something that can help?
If you're reading this, know that a lot of us in the community feel similar things to what you are going through right now... but you gotta believe there is a better way to deal, almost every shitty thing in life has a solution. Don't do it man.

The internet is a pretty popular form of escapism lad. Online communities will always have a disproportionate number of people that aren't happy with their life
that escapism also feeds people craving attention, thus resulting in people having aliases and posting shit like "I wanna die" etc etc, over things that a normal person (including ult1mate in real life) would just be sad about. the fact that people are adding him and posting supportive messages is just encouraging him and others to do this, resulting in online communities such as this having a disproportionate amount of self diagnosing, attention craving people.

sad that people's first reaction has to be that its attention-seeking. its too common nowadays and can mess with the people who genuinely need help.

doesnt help that depression and suicidal thoughts have become memes over the past year to more and more people to the point where many forget how serious of an issue it is in reality. people with it simpy cant see themselves be taken seriously when the world around them is all "haha dapression amiright".
Depression makes your head think in different, often unreasonable ways and these calls for help sometimes is just the only thing that they think they can do. the number of times i had to help other seriously depressed people in this community because they had no one else to talk to is saddening but also makes the number of topically related posts on this website all the less surprising. that being said going to a professional psychologist and seeking help in real life is always the optimal aproach in the long term, speaking from experience on my part.
TLDR: be nice to people, cant be that hard

Can we take these arguments on attention seeking or whatever you're trying to say somewhere else? It's incredibly insensitive. We should just try to find out whether he's ok.
Thread should probably be locked even, just leave it in case someone from tf2 knows him irl and can contact him

Just played on a lobby against him, he is fine I think.

ult1mate has done this before many times before, I used to be fairly close to his friend group a year or so ago and he would do this kinda regularly
Also, like someone else said, all these 'well wishes' and a spam of friend requests only encourages this unhealthy behaviour rather than actually seeking help for any real issues that may be there.

Cyanicsad that people's first reaction has to be that its attention-seeking. its too common nowadays and can mess with the people who genuinely need help.
If he needs help then he should be seeking it from a professional instead of privating everything and acting edgy/emo on social media
