Pug.champ.gg for good players, tf2center.com for the not so good
People mainly play on PugChamp.
That is the North American pugchamp, as euros have their own.
What you do is sign into steam, set an alias, then just add up.
vulcFaceit.com
...is mainly filled with people who have not played competitive. One needs to join quickly or you may end up not playing the class you want. The skill level of it as well is very low.
From my understanding with pub champ is that I cant just join a game, I have to be selected by a captain?
heksthats how pugs work
When I did pugs you just joined and readied up in esea or mIRC. I realize im pretty dated here, but pugs used to be different.
faceit is like the worst experience ever tbh id rather play tf2center
how pugchamp works:
you select what class/role you wanna play.
you wait for atleast 2 captains add up, and those 2 captains pick what players they want.
its this whole pick system.
Mixchamp doesnt have this whole captain pick system thingy, but not a lot of people play on that site.
PugChamp for 6s pugs
HLPugs for Highlander pugs (better chance you'll get picked if you're unknown to the community imo)
Lobby sites have kinda died in popularity versus pugs. You could always use TF2Center if you feel like stomping, but some of the admins are... questionable.
