Well, in some days i installed a config, and removed some things of my hud, (Crosshair and Target id) So i removed that config, and i got my crosshair back! But not my target id :c
If it's a command, or someone knows the solution, please, tell me. I really need this.
(Btw, it's not my hud, because i tried with the default one and the problem is still there)

maybe you just disabled the setting? take a look at the advanced options and see if its enabled or disabled

try setting tf_hud_target_id_offset to 0, that should center it. (setting the offset to a positive or negative number will heighten or lower the ID, but if the number gets too big the ID will move off-screen.)
otherwise, perhaps point us to the config you installed so we can take a look and maybe find what might've caused it.

Pretty sure they used mastercomfig stripped. What Bucake suggested should fix it.
