when juju ringed for my team a couple of weeks ago he was neither toxic to our team or the enemy team, and kept pretty calm in the mumble even when our coms were very clustered.
I haven't known juju for long at all and that's my only experience playing with him, but maybe he's trying to actually change.

Good DM, but toxic af. I beat him in mge once, he got salty and brought a hacker into the scrim as well. But that probs by mistake since he claims no one in his team knew who he was. He apologised at the end tho. Overall, I do wish he improve his attitude towards people because that is probably the only factor stopping him getting picked up.

edit: the entire toxic to the enemy team will also bite you in the ass because then those people hate you and when they make teams, they will not give you a tryout (speaking from experience many times over) EVEN if your comment was ironic, it still pissed them off in-game and it WILL stick with said individual
