I played with Reflecto for like 3 and a half seasons, and he's a good friend of mine.
He's an intelligent player with good comms. He's had to manage the flank by himself for the majority of the time I've played with him, and it's taught him how to maincall the flank and what kinds of opportunities are worth taking and which aren't. He knows when to make plays and frequently has the ability to pull them off. He tries to coordinate everything he does with the rest of the team, or at least his flank scout, and is good at following up distractions or space created.
His biggest flaw is that he really has to be baby fed information in order to decide on the right play. Granted, the comms he's had to work with haven't been the best, but it's certainly his biggest area of improvement. Transitioning to pocket would basically remove this issue, as he would firsthand be seeing the information he needed on roamer. A lot of people think that he's too critical, and this is where his poor reputation has stemmed from. To me, having a teammate examine you and your team's play and criticize it is extremely valuable. If you can cope with that and hear what he has to say, you'll improve tremendously as a team and as an individual.
Just wanted to offer my opinion. Also, his raw dm is probably about the same as mine. Good luck buddy.

bump. I'd like to play pocket or roamer if the team is nutty.
Good man, but just don't bait the guy, you wont like it...
no hard feelings, I still appreciate his qualities as a teammate. He offers a lot of valid and instructive criticism
Reflecto is hands down the best team leader I've ever had the good fortune to be under. If you give this man a meter, he'll take a mile. Reflecto would completely dominate on a team that listens and works with him from his role, the man has some incredible brain and reaction to take advantage of heads up plays that only expose themselves for a second or more. Reflecto has zero hesitation, you tell him to do something and he'll do it trusting in you. I find the trust quality is extremely hard to find in players and Reflecto is bursting with it.
This is going to probably get poo pooed, but Reflecto has been playing beneath his league for a while now. He's in a reciprocal downward spiral of playing with players that don't play with him well, then not getting picked up on better teams because he doesn't pump out incredible stats all the time.
I would say that he's improved past the point of needing to be baby fed information, but he still struggles because he kinda gets ignored on the flank. Get him on a team where he doesn't have to put up with that crap, or put him on pocket where he can learn some info from the combo's pov, and he will go far.
Though, it should be noted: he can't contest me on height advantage in mge_oihguv, please put this into your consideration.

This was against fab, link just took his spot as seen in the chat
any high IM or low-mid invite team should try this man out
Reflecto is a homie.
He cares a lot about the game and plays to get better. He's a loud voice in mumble but I've always appreciated that from him. He's really consistent too. I think it'd be a shame if he didn't play invite again, he's the type of guy who will make the most out of an opportunity. Good luck bud.

copy pasted from my new post: I'm trying to be more direct about what i want now. I don't want to pocket for a mid IM team. I still very much want to roam. I only want to play for a top IM team or an Invite team. Thank you all for your consideration, happy hunting.

bump, rugged off-season for me and faust. couldn't lock down the caliber of players that would have made us a great team. a lot of strong teams are forming this season of IM. regardless, I'm lft again. bump
insanely oppressive roamer, skilled mechanics, good off classer, very frustrating to play against (in a good way) and seems like a very passionate guy. Can see him going far in the future with the right group!
good luck!
good luck!
