Heading into their third season of ESEA Invite, TFCrew are working towards making a name for themselves despite a rough start to their Invite careers, going 2-14 in back-to-back seasons. Like most Invite teams, they had to go through a small offseason shuffle of their own.
Spamfest has stepped down from the team's active roster due to personal commitments. Spamfest was a staple of the TFCrew, having played with the core group for over eight seasons, dating back to Season 18 in early 2015. Mostly going under the team name The Sparkle Gang, Spamfest was a solid Scout and offclasser, thanks to a rich history of Highlander.
In response, split will be moving over to Scout from Medic. He has a variety of experience on both classes at an Invite level, and will still be in a familiar role after the change. To fill the vacancy in the Medic position, XBS has joined the team. With only one full season to his name, he will be making his Invite debut, backed by an Open playoffs appearance with Frick eSports during Season 26. Similar to Phantom's tenure with Hooligans For Hire during the previous season, it will be a large undertaking adapting to the high level of play seen in the Invite division.
The TFCrew roster ready for this season of Invite is:
- Scout: split
- Scout: Stochast1c
- Roamer: june
- Pocket: KTB
- Demoman: smitty
- Medic: XBS
