why do my POV demos look like aids

whenever i look at my pov demos it always looks like im playing with 100 ping despite me having like 20 ping and 0 interp?

pov demos suck but if ur gonna use them make sure ur interp settings are the same in playback as they were when u recorded

so far nothing really works, i did notice that pov demos from esea/scrims actually look okay, but on those servers i usually get 30-40 ping, so im assuming the 5-15 ping i get on tempus may be the issue, so i might just grab tempus stvs from now on, ty for help anyways guys

On my pov demos my stuttering is more violent than what your examples show. Try changing your interp to 0.1, that seems to work for me.

setting your interp high and then resetting back to whatever you normally use seems to work for me.

I have had this problem for years, nothing has ever worked for me ;(((
