if the STV was broken then the demo won't record, noticed this happen with invite games
I think there's a way to fix broken STVs now but i dont remember, and you'd have to have someone connect to STV at time of server going up and players joining to make sure stv was working to impliment

I'd like to apologize on behalf of loading one's team we do not support bm and we will take responsibility for the actions of our team. We know how it feels on the other side and steph should not have done as she had however this was not the entire second half the point the bm occurred was the point where your team had already lost.
