Currently I'm in a Business Communications course and I need help with providing some primary research in the form of a survey for a business report on personalized customer service in banks.

Actually work as a teller for a bank. I chose banks because it was easy to set up interviews with my branch manager and the other relationship managers and because I was able to directly apply the research to my job. I appreciate the offer though :)
