if u mean it speeding up then i think its cause u got more than 1k fps
i had this problem on tr_rocketshooting so i maxed it at 999 and it stopped happening

I don't know why the framerate is doing that, but i remember that tf2 can do some really ugly things if you set host_timescale to something unusual without setting sv_cheats 1
