It's very simple to change, fortunately. I figured there would be a better destination for it in the future but this thread seemed like the best target for now.
Edit- I made a "twibbon" for people to put on their twitter avatar if they'd like to. It's kind of hard to read though (had to keep it small so it wasn't too intrusive)

reiterate what? that its expensive and has a huge chance to fail? how was i46 successful? tf.tv is not going to get bigger through the i series. the only reason to go to europe is to maybe get some of their sponsors BUT I DO NOT SEE ANY EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE A SEAT IN THE FINALS. and i also remember the final being casted by vanilla tv and only vanilla tv. this is 10 thousand dollars that is going directly to hotels and airlines. this money is not being poored into NA tf2 community building. at-least not directly. and i do not see how the Europeans watching the lan will benefit us. and i do not see how the americans watching the lan will benefit us. look if u want to send 6 of your fav players across seas to shoot greg's friends ok. but there is a hell of a lot more you can do with 10k to make the community bigger.

I haven't read this entire thread, but something I haven't seen mentioned is that this isn't solely to grow tf2. If people like myself want to spend money to send an NA team to i49 part of it is because it's entertaining to the viewer. It's the same concept as pay-per-view, people pay for entertainment all the time I don't see why this is any different.
