Wassup fellas, simple question. What are some of your fitness goals for this year and moving forward? Drop what you’re working towards or even if you could use some help or motivation getting started on achieving your goals :)
Trying to start from scratch and build some muscle, hopefully shave some facefat off as well.
How about you my guy how have your gains been recently?

trynna go up 10 lbs (muscle) and get fit again. use to run like 3km like 4 times a week 2 years ago when the weather was nice and just gradually stopped cuz of school/weather and laziness. also want to try to learn how to properly work out cuz despite having long arms they're really fucking skinny and im trynna look sweet for grad
I workout so that I don't get overweight. I just want to stay around 150 lb
I recently stopped working out as much as I used to cause of how much shit I've been doing recently but I wanna fit working out again back into my time schedule and start eating healthier so I can help progress my growth much better.
I’m about 240 rn. Looking to shave 20-30 pounds with starting to play soccer again

Solid goal, all starts in the kitchen. Get the diet down first then mix that in with exercise and you're golden. So far I've been pretty happy with my results, I slacked off hella and gained a lot of weight a few months ago since I was focusing on my classes but over this past winter break I lost 19 pounds so I'm down to 181lbs right now, looking fairly toned with some muscle growth but my goal is to hit 170lbs and see what the deal is.

I feel you on that, once you fall out of your groove its hard to hop back in but once you do I doubt you'll let yourself fall back into those bad habits. Its great you're looking to be as efficient as possible with your workouts because most people are narrow-minded and end up hitting chest 3 days in a row...

Your diet is far more important than the workouts anyone does. I've been cooking my own meals recently and its so helpful to know exactly what your eating, especially when it tastes so good still. Also there's so much variety when it comes to your meal choices. Its not as boring and bland as some people think

Another solid goal, and again it starts in the kitchen! I'd look into intermittent fasting if you're interested. That's what really helped me shred 19 pounds.
Let's get this money fellas 8)
EDIT: Also rn, I'm struggling to find a concrete way to calculate the macros I need while I'm on a cut, so if a wizard knows how pls hmu

trynna get a fat ass 50 squats a day somethin nice for the homies to feel @ lan
Haven't been to the gym regularly in 4ish years and want to start going again. I never really got to bad out of shape lost some muscle and stamina. Hardest problem is actually having motivation to go and getting into a groove. I feel if I start going and can commit to going for 3-4 weeks I'll be in a good spot regarding motivation and having a groove as well as being in pretty good shape again
Lost 10kg/22lbs last year, now weighing 100kg/225 lbs. Looking to do at least the same this year if not more cause I kinda stagnated for the last 4 months tbh. Bought some weights too cause when I end up losing weight I don't wanna have a goblin body. To touch on what Chunkey's post, intermittent fasting definitely works, at least for me. When I was trying to find stuff out a lot of people recommended against it and perhaps it isn't for everyone but it worked for me.
work out every other morning in my room for like 15 mins just to keep fit and stuff
once spring comes back around im gonna start running/biking as well

ive been wanting to work on my 40 time and my mile time but im finding it pretty difficult to juggle college, a job, and the desire to also grind tf2 with my nonexistent collegiate athletic career
gaining strength and eventually weight as well, aiming for over 2.5x bodyweight on deadlifts
Would like to hit;
4pl8 squat, heaviest so far is 4x160kg - might need to get a belt for bracing
3pl8 bench, currently about 120kg, starting adding extra bench sets into my shoulders days to add some frequency.
200kg DL, Sumo is sitting about 175kg, bought some SABO deadlift shoes that should help compared to barefoot and stop my ankles rolling.
2pl8 OHP, I hit 90KG just before i63, then changed gyms due to work and there isn't an area where you can do "above shoulder lifts", so I've been stuck doing DB OHP and maxing out the 34kg dumbells for 8-10 reps depending on the day.
Wouldn't mind cutting a little bit, I've been slowly recomping over the last year as I was 120kg on my 23rd birthday, and am now hovering around the 105kg mark. Would be nice to dip under 100kg but that's a soft goal imo.

Shiiit, how long have you been practicing to reach those numbers (especially curious about the 90 OHP)?

on and off for about 5 years, but have only followed a program (5/3/1 currently) properly for a little over a year.
Before that was lifting whatever I could for 5 or so reps and really not having an idea besides "increase weight when it becomes easy"
My OHP was actually super weak until I started 5/3/1 and gave shoulders it's own day. Before that it was just a few sets of DB OHP after all my chest work

Slight reduction in carb intake + running stairs at least five times per week. Plan to add weight lifting down the line.

Over the summer i got rly into cycling and running and got pretty fit but as soon as the temperatures got into the negatives I had to stop and now I've basically lost most of the muscle/cardio i built up and I know its gonna suck to build that up again.
current goal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-9MVOgLQ6Q0
Been trying to lower % body fat. I've gone from 196lbs to 192lbs since the start of the new year mostly through eating smaller portions and ending my typical workouts with more cardio. Unsure what my target goal is but I've been sleeping/feeling better and want to keep it going
