Constant crash and "VAC"

Whenever I play with my friends I will get an error randomly about VAC or it would just stop and go unresponsive.

I have verified the game cache and re-installed. I dont know what to do anymore. I want to play the game but every time I do I get these errors and it bans me from playing.

Any help appreciated.
