most invite medic mains have pretty good dm on offclasses tbh
meyyy, nursey, skeez, bear, ect.
if you're including everyone who played medic in invite as opposed to strictly medic mains i think the answer is clearly dingo tho

Demos used to pound on Demoman before joining Ora Elektro and becoming a medic there so he's probably a good contender aswell

Bulle on Soldier
i think Cozen is the best med that can play another class at a high level but as far as MGE medics go Bulle was the best and i heard he was rly good at 6s soldier too

Of the top of my head: Crayon played prem med, prem scout and is currently 2nd in Div1 on solly so hes doing something right, also demos played demo for a long time including prem before becoming oras med

Unquestionably not me, I suck. :D I never really practiced my dm in TF2, even though I'd consider it pretty good in other games.
I'd vote Cozen, though.
