I make Roblox games, I'm pretty well known on the site. I work entirely from home and on my own projects. The Roblox company actually flew me down to California and I interned there for 3 months, and I could probably do it again if I ask them.

It's probably the best job out there but I feel like my life has stagnated because money won't ever be an issue for me. I just sleep all day and I'm too lazy to go outside because I don't have a reason to do so.

I grow weed at a massive brand new hybrid greenhouse. It’s awesome working with plants all day, I come home happy and stress free every day. The company I work for is very generous and progressive. I work 4 10’s, having 3 days off a week is a game changer. Only thing that sucks is the level of sanitation that’s required. We have to change in and out of our uniforms multiple times a day because of breaks and sometimes need to shower before entering sensitive grow rooms to prevent pests. We get paid for 1.5hrs of breaks every day and all the time spent changing so it makes up for it.

1jayygbjGrapeJuiceIIII dislike it because I never knew that standing for 6+ hours every day could be so painful.
I read about in the army they teach soldiers to flex their calf muscles or feet on sentry duty because something something blood pooling in the feet or some shit. I started doing it and I haven't had sore feet since. Plus get some better shoes or memory foam insoles

Do you have a relevant article? think im gonna do this too

Work at Nandos part time while at uni, wanted a job in the hospital because its close but Nandos is pretty good.
Pays above minimum wage, if you work over 4 hours you get a free meal (up to £11.10) and if you work like 9 hours or over you get two free meals.
Also get 40% off when not working so its pretty nice

Corunsonmessiahmoved to williamsport, PA for this internship to do conservation work in local PA forest land and state parks.
i'm in a crew of 4 other members and i can say all them are awesome and great coworkers/friends.

needless to say it's some solid ass work. feels great to help conservation workers who simply don't get enough employees. feels very accomplishing to finish many of the various projects that we do.
i'm on edge about becoming a forest/park ranger in the future. right now i'm exploring more towards the conservation side and or forest fire work. conservation work doesn't pay too high which is why i assume there aren't much eagerness for the public to get into it. i like to travel and fire rescue/fire fighting in forest land has its benefits with traveling around most of the west.

Shit dawg I live in Lock Haven, PA which is like 30 minutes away. What a small world we live in.

I currently applied to 5 jobs all related to computer software development. Having an interview next week for one of them, Wish me luck :>.

haha woah man, that's dope! all of September i worked at sproul state forest. kettle creek is an awesome spot! i almost bought myself a kayak just because of that spot. some awesome views there as well. fox's market house makes some banging ass breakfast in lock haven

I'm an architect at a firm in California, typically designing assisted living facilities for the elderly. Although my current project is an addition to an elementary school. The cons of the job are centered around too many people to make happy with the design, clients being indecisive and the architect taking a lot of blame when anything goes wrong. But once a building gets signed off and built is probably one of the most satisfying parts of the job.

I worked for my mom as her assistant at a small manufacturing company and basically did all the paper work she didn't want to do for the duration of the summer. Made great money, and was able to pay for my private pilot license.

I'm a ride supervisor at an amusement park. I audit rides and make sure people are being safe & get put in charge of rides sometimes. It's cool because I get to see behind the scenes stuff, and is enjoyable with the right crew.
Can be aids when you deal with parents who's kid is too short or smelly fat people that get pissed when they can't fit in a ride. Also regularly deal with people who are so stupid they endanger themselves and the people around them when they hop fences and do other stupid shit.

Data analyst who works with 2D and 3D imagery, checking to make sure said data is sound, and making corrections as needed. Job contract doesn't allow me to diverge details since it's under NDA, but the I'm a contractor for Apple, a second-class citizen in terms of benefits but better to have some than none. The work is pretty easy to learn and I've moved up to train and manage small groups of employees, and it pays stupidly well for what we do. I am itching to get out since I've been there for 2.5 years and am ready to try something else.

Side hustle is that I sell fish and corals.

I work in an online casino as customer and tech support, the site isn't that big so we don't usually have a lot of people actually contacting us, so I just basically sit around all day watching movies or talking with colleagues. Probably the greatest job I've ever had. Only thing I dislike about it is the weird schedules I gotta work as a new guy. Also pay is above average which is great for my country, still probaly will not make a LAN but good enough for here.

Been doing unarmed guard work for a year and a half, but recently got hired as a teller at my local credit union. They're awesome to bank with and work with; still training but it's likely I get bumped to full time hours once I pass my teller exam soon :)

I'm in studio support for Playstation Worldwide Studios Europe.

Cover the development studio along with Creative, UI, ATG, and User research team.
Office is split into 6 floors;
1st Floor;
CCG (Creative Content Group) - mainly working on PS5 UI stuff
ISD & Localistion - Any international game coming to the European market is tested here and checked for any mis-translation, most recently they're working on Nioh 2 and Death Stranding.

2nd Floor;
CSG (Creative Services Group) - Anything from music & audio for games published under WWS, to trailers and marketing advertisements that you see on buses, the tube, the PS youtube channel, etc. State of Play is done by this team.

3rd/4th Floor: London Studio - Generic game studio primarily working on Blood & Truth DLC and VR titles. Everything from gameplay, to artists, VFX, animation, game engine stuff etc.

5th Floor: NGG (network gaming group) and ATG (advanced technology group) - NGG are doing data analyst stuff and ATG are behind like 3 doors with different authentications. Probably the first guys in Europe to get the first PS5 hardware which came in a locked crate which needed some special key and a crowbar to open. Also the PS boardroom...

6th Floor: CDG (Creative Development Group) and Finance - User research team that conduct playability tests in the usability lab, everything unreleased and in development up to games testing their new DLC (No man's Sky VR for example). They'll also do some tests for usability, like making people replay GoW on the highest difficulty to figure out how hard to make the next one. Finance just crunch sales numbers and budgeting, standard stuff.

Besides this I get free private healthcare and shit like that, free PS Plus, free PS Now, and free first party games with discounted hardware. On £10k more than my last job but I spend £7k of that on train tickets because I still live at home and cba to live in a houseshare in london with normies.

Manager in training at Wendy's. at 18, I was told if I wanted to go into management and I went with it for the experience.
On the side, I do coding (java, unity C# and javascript for web-dev) that's more small scale than anything. I'm going to be getting my private pilots license soon, more so because it'd be fun than anything practical.

I deal with a lot of complaints already, even not being a full time manager yet. I work sometimes 16-18 hour shifts, however I also am the main opener of my store (I deal with trucks, prep work) and I do some closings.
It's fun with my GM and co-gm, as they both are open to opinions and suggestions.
